VANGUARD CHASE

Just completed extensive works at this local property. Customer wanted to open the kitchen up to the garden so new anthracite bifold doors installed on to a brand new terrace, decked in walnut composite decking, walls built and rendered, and clad with natural western red cedar.

The terrace leads down on to a newly turfed area and king silver resin bond path way. The kitchen has had a new boiler installed, all electrics and plumbing adapted, and the entire room plastered before we installed a brand new state of the art kitchen including all NEFF appliances and beautiful white quartz work surfaces.

The flooring was finished in Luxury Vinyl tile to compliment. This property now has the ultimate wow factor!
